These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and dkk11 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at dkk11.bet. The dkk11 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you warrant and represent that you meet this minimum age requirement. dkk11 employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request government-issued identification, CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), or other documentation to confirm your age at any time.

To open a dkk11 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active dkk11 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or the same payment method — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. dkk11 will permanently ban all associated accounts and forfeit all balances held therein upon discovery of such activity.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the dkk11 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. dkk11 makes no representation that its services are available or appropriate for use outside of the jurisdictions in which it holds a valid licence.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dkk11 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Any activity conducted through your dkk11 account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. dkk11 recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your account and enable all available security features. You agree not to access your dkk11 account from shared, public, or unsecured devices or networks where possible.

dkk11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT (TRC20). The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are set per payment method and may be updated from time to time.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or bank account registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared wallets, or anonymous payment sources are not permitted. Similarly, all withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, provided it is registered in your name. dkk11 reserves the right to return funds and request re-deposit from a compliant source if this requirement is not met.

dkk11 aims to process standard withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets within three minutes of approval. Processing times for bank transfers may vary. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be delayed if KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation has not been completed. dkk11 reserves the right to perform additional checks on withdrawals that trigger internal risk or compliance thresholds.

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bet settlements on the dkk11 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless an alternative currency is explicitly offered and selected at the time of transaction. Conversion rates for USDT transactions are applied at the time of deposit or withdrawal and are subject to market fluctuation.

dkk11 offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus winnings.

Bonus funds credited to your dkk11 account are not immediately withdrawable. Before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn, you must complete the applicable wagering requirement as stated in the promotion details. Real-money funds deposited alongside a bonus will typically be used first for wagering, unless otherwise specified.

dkk11 takes a strict approach to bonus abuse. Any player found to be opening multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, or otherwise exploiting promotional terms in a manner contrary to their intended purpose, will have their bonus forfeited, associated winnings voided, and their account permanently suspended.

dkk11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players via email or account notification where practicable. dkk11 accepts no liability for promotional offers that are withdrawn due to technical errors or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

dkk11 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced, bets placed on markets affected by data feed errors, or bets that appear to have been placed in connection with suspicious activity. All casino game outcomes on the dkk11 platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by our licensed studio partners, including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JDB Gaming, Evolution, and Spribe. dkk11 does not alter, interfere with, or influence game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are those independently certified by the respective studios.

In the event of a disconnection during an active bet or game round, dkk11's server-side records shall be the definitive record of the outcome. Where a technical fault prevents a game round from completing correctly, dkk11 will void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to your account balance. dkk11 accepts no liability for losses caused by your own internet connection issues or device failures.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dkk11 platform. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited pending investigation, and may be subject to legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or access the platform in any manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds to generate profit beyond what would be possible under normal operating conditions.
• Using the dkk11 platform to launder money, process proceeds of crime, or circumvent financial reporting obligations.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment account.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, using VPN or proxy tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at dkk11 staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the dkk11 platform — including but not limited to the dkk11 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, written content, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of dkk11 or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dkk11 platform solely for your personal and recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any dkk11 content without our express prior written consent.

Game content provided by our studio partners — including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JDB Gaming, Evolution, Hacksaw Gaming, NetEnt, and Spribe — remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is licensed to dkk11 for deployment on the platform. Unauthorised use of studio game assets is a violation of both this Agreement and applicable intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dkk11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if dkk11 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

dkk11's total cumulative liability to you for any cause of action arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your dkk11 account during the three calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dkk11 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that defects will be corrected. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dkk11 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, or accuracy of the platform or its content.

dkk11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have breached any provision of this Agreement, that your account is associated with fraudulent or suspicious activity, that you have provided false registration information, or that your continued use of the platform poses a risk to the integrity of our services or to other players.

You may request closure of your dkk11 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 72 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method following completion of all applicable verification checks. Bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — dkk11 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Minor updates, such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates required to comply with changes in applicable law, may take effect immediately without prior notice. Your continued use of the dkk11 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the changes, you must discontinue use of the platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the revision.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dkk11 holds its primary international gaming licence. In the event of a dispute between you and dkk11, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. dkk11 commits to responding to formal dispute notices within 10 business days and to resolving complaints through our internal complaints procedure within 28 days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal procedure, you may escalate the matter to our licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Pakistani law or the law of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
